1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JZ77 ("JZ77", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://jz77.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and applications (collectively, the "Platform").
JZ77 operates as an international online gaming platform offering sports betting, cricket markets, live casino games, slot games, table games, esports wagering and related services to eligible adult users globally, including users in Pakistan who access the Platform subject to applicable local law.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the JZ77 Platform, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
- are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction;
- are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only;
- are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; and
- accept that gambling carries financial risk and that participation is at your own discretion.

2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
"Account"
A registered user account created by an eligible individual on the JZ77 Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
"Balance"
The total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
"Bonus Funds"
Promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as set out in the applicable promotion terms.
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Operator, including submission of government-issued identification documents and supporting materials.
"Wagering Requirement"
The total amount a Player must wager using eligible games before Bonus Funds or related winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
"Platform"
The JZ77 website at https://jz77.cam, together with all associated interfaces, mobile versions and applications operated by the Operator.
"Services"
All gaming, betting, wagering and related activities made available to registered Players through the Platform.
"Prohibited Territories"
Jurisdictions in which access to, or use of, online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, as updated by the Operator from time to time.
"RTP"
Return to Player — a theoretical percentage representing the expected average return of a game to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures are illustrative and do not guarantee individual results.
"PKR / Rs"
Pakistani Rupee — used as a reference currency for Pakistani users where applicable. Actual account currency depends on the account configuration selected at registration.

3. Account Eligibility
Registration and use of the JZ77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the Player's use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. JZ77 operates on a strict adults-only basis. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether your jurisdiction permits access to online gaming services.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You confirm that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any court order, regulatory restriction or other legal instrument applicable to you.
- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, subject to Clause 12.
- Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder for personal entertainment purposes. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or used on behalf of third parties.
- Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, current and complete. The Operator reserves the right to verify registration details at any time and to suspend accounts where information cannot be verified.
Note for Pakistani Users: Users accessing from Pakistan are responsible for independently verifying their legal position under Pakistani law prior to registration. JZ77 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

4. Account Registration & KYC
To access the full range of JZ77 Services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide truthful and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
JZ77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification is required in the following circumstances:
- prior to processing a withdrawal request for the first time;
- when cumulative deposits exceed thresholds set by the Operator;
- where the Operator has reasonable grounds to query account holder identity; and
- as required by the Operator's internal compliance procedures.
Acceptable KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued national identity document (such as a Pakistan CNIC), proof of address, and where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. All documents must be legible, unexpired and match the name and details provided at registration.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from the Operator may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. JZ77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

5. Terms of Use
By using the JZ77 Platform, you agree to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the Platform from time to time. Specifically, you agree to the following terms of use:
- You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, professional or business purpose.
- You will not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature, access control or technical protection measure on the Platform.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scraping tools or any artificial intelligence-assisted mechanism to access, monitor or interact with the Platform or its Services without the Operator's prior written consent.
- You will not collude with other Players, engage in match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of coordinated strategy designed to exploit the Platform's systems or gain an unfair advantage.
- You will not misrepresent your identity, submit fraudulent documentation or provide false information during registration or KYC processes.
- You will not engage in money laundering, fraud or any activity that has the effect of converting illicitly obtained funds through the Platform's payment systems.
- You accept that all Platform Services involve risk of financial loss and that JZ77 does not guarantee any return, profit or outcome from any wager, bet or game played on the Platform.

6. Deposits & Payments
Deposits to your JZ77 Account are made through the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. JZ77 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for player context only. The inclusion of these names does not constitute an endorsement, partnership or affiliation between JZ77 and any named payment provider. Actual available payment methods are subject to the current cashier configuration.
The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- JZ77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which JZ77 bears no responsibility.
- Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC, USDT and other supported coins) are processed at the wallet address displayed in the cashier. Blockchain network fees are borne by the depositing Player. JZ77 accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or on unsupported networks.
- Deposits are credited to accounts upon confirmed receipt and clearance. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed by JZ77.
- The Operator reserves the right to decline, reverse or place a hold on any deposit that triggers internal compliance review procedures.

7. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. JZ77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times; all timelines are at the Operator's discretion and subject to the requirements set out below.
- Identity Match: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the JZ77 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Pending verification will delay withdrawal processing.
- Wagering Requirements: Where Bonus Funds have been credited to an account, applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawing prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and related winnings.
- Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
- Account Standing: The Account must be in good standing — not suspended, under security review or subject to any compliance hold — at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.
- Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed in the order received. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Important: JZ77 makes no representations regarding guaranteed withdrawal processing windows. Any timeframes communicated by support agents are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

8. Bonuses & Promotions
JZ77 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other incentive-based promotions to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of offer or on the relevant promotion page.
The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- JZ77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected Players where practicable.
- Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be met using eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
- Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
- The Operator may impose maximum win caps on specific promotional offers. Any winnings in excess of a stated cap may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.
- Attempts to exploit promotional terms through coordinated play, systematic low-risk wagering or other bonus-abuse strategies may result in the cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings and Account suspension.
- JZ77 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it is determined that a Player has acted in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
Transparency Commitment: JZ77 is committed to presenting all bonus conditions — including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bets and time limits — clearly before you opt into any promotion. If any condition is unclear, contact support before claiming.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on the JZ77 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. JZ77 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a manifest error in odds display has occurred.
- In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event information or technical misconfiguration — JZ77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
- Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC and other tournament fixtures, are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. JZ77 references cricket events as sports context only and has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise.
- Live in-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of bet acceptance. Latency between live events and platform data feeds may cause slight delays; JZ77 is not liable for outcomes arising from normal data-feed latency.
- Slot games and other RNG-based products are operated by certified third-party studios. RTP figures displayed are theoretical averages and do not represent guaranteed individual returns.
- The Operator reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, impose bet restrictions on specific markets or suspend betting on any event at any time without prior notice.

10. Responsible Gambling
JZ77 is committed to providing a safer gambling environment. The following tools and policies form part of the Operator's responsible gambling obligations:
- Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) through their Account settings at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session time reminders and reality check features are available to all registered Players.
- Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is available on request through the Account settings or support team. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed until the stated exclusion period has elapsed.
- JZ77 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit access to any Player where there are reasonable grounds to suspect problem gambling behaviour.

11. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the JZ77 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including charge-backs, use of stolen payment instruments or deliberate false documentation;
- Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform as a conduit for illegal financial transactions;
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or execute coordinated betting strategies;
- Using software exploits, game bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing platform limits;
- Abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct directed at Platform staff or other users via support channels or live game interfaces;
- Attempting to access administrative functions, player data or backend systems without authorisation.

12. Account Suspension & Closure
JZ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- breach of any provision of these Terms;
- failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
- reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
- receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or financial institution;
- Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the Operator's dormant account policy; or
- at the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.
Upon Account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, JZ77 may at its discretion forfeit the entirety of any Account balance, including real-money funds, Bonus Funds and pending withdrawals, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Players wishing to close their Accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending compliance hold.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JZ77 and its officers, employees, agents and technology providers exclude all liability for:
- financial losses arising from betting, gaming or wagering activity conducted through the Platform;
- service interruptions, downtime, technical failures or data loss attributable to factors outside the Operator's reasonable control;
- losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of Account credentials;
- decisions made by Players in reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, RTP figures or game descriptions;
- delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers; and
- losses arising from a Player's non-compliance with these Terms or applicable local law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit JZ77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on the JZ77 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, marketing copy, platform architecture and documentation, is the intellectual property of JZ77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:
- reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content;
- reverse engineering, decompilation or modification of any Platform software;
- creation of derivative works based on JZ77's branding, content or technology; or
- framing, mirroring or scraping of any page or data from the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licence jurisdiction.
JZ77 does not represent that these Terms or the Services are compliant with the laws of any specific user jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Players are solely responsible for assessing their own legal compliance.

16. Amendments to These Terms
JZ77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of last review is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
